Jan Konietzko has joined the Circular X team as a research fellow. Jan researches and supports organizational learning and innovation for a circular economy. He is excited about experimentation capability: how to develop ideas, test assumptions fast, iterate, reduce uncertainty and risk, and move from idea to action. Within Circular X, he wants to address questions like: 1) how can companies experiment with new business models in real-life settings? 2) How can they measure key metrics during experimentation, to validate the desirability and financial viability of new business models? 3) How can companies measure the environmental impact reduction potential while they are innovating? The ultimate aim is to validate and implement new circular service business models, that add value and cut waste, pollution and emissions.
